These projects entail a partnership where property owners turn to Deepaalay to help them with most aspects of the project including financing. There is no transfer of funds between the property owners and Deepaalay. Instead Deepaalay is granted title rights to part of the post construction property.

Such an arrangement works in those situations where owners of plots or existing homes have neither the time, nor the money or the expertise to build/re-build their homes. Deepaalay steps in as a professional and financial partner for the homewoners. In consultation and agreement with such property owners

Deepaalay would execute a project consisting of independent floors/units at Deepalay’s own cost & expenses in exchange for ownership right to one or more floors in the newly constructed building. The property owner retains rights to some floors (usually two or more floors) while the land rights themselves are divided and prorated among the title holders to the individual floors.

Deepaalay gets compensated for the cost of construction by selling the floor(s) under its allocations. While constructing the houses in collaboration
with the property owners, due care is taken by Deepaalay to factor in requirements and needs of the customer and the same are incorporated during the
design and execution of the building. Inputs about layout, design and specifications are taken from the property owners including one on one direct
consultations with the architects and designers.
