Deepaalay embarked on its journey in Delhi NCR in 1994, initially focusing on premium residential builder floors and villas. We successfully completed projects in prestigious areas of south Delhi such as Green Park, Safdarjung Enclave, SDA, Greater Kailash 1 & 2, and Vasant Vihar, etc in South Delhi, as well as DLF-1 & DLF-2 in Gurugram, Haryana. These projects were executed on plots ranging from 200 sq yards to 1500 sq yards.

As our expertise and portfolio expanded, Deepaalay ventured into the construction of luxurious farmhouses across Delhi NCR. In addition to residential projects on an outright or collaboration basis, we have also undertaken Turnkey and PMC projects. We take immense pride in the fact that our homes have brought joy to numerous satisfied owners, many of whom are top businessmen and executives in India.
